KATHMANDU: Balika Khadka has been arrested from the CPN-UML headquarters in Thapathali.

Khadka was arrested from the office premises after he called Province 1 Chief Minister Sherdhan Rai a ‘rapist’.

The UML headquarters was shifted from Dhumbarahi to Thapathali this morning.
