CM Gurung criticizes appointment of ‘party cadres’ to JC



POKHARA: Chief Minister of Gandaki state Prithvi Subba Gurung has labeled the appointment of party cadres to the Judicial Council (JC) as unfortunate.
Speaking at a program in Pokhara today, Chief Minister Gurung criticized the goverment for appointing political cadres to the JC on the basis of party quota.
He termed the appointment as a ‘failure’ on the part of the judicial system while emphasizing the need of appointing experts to the council.Chief Minister Gurung made it a point to say that despite political changes in the country, the people are yet to sense the change said.
