COVID-19: India records 713 deaths, 89,019 cases in past 24 hrs



NEW DELHI: India recorded 89,019 new coronavirus cases in the last 24 hours, taking the caseload to 12,391,129.

Currently, 659,928 are undergoing treatment at various isolation centers and hospitals. Meanwhile, 11,567,060 have returned home after treatment.

Similarly, the number of deaths from the coronavirus in India has crossed the 164,100-mark.

With 713 deaths in a single day, the number of deaths from the virus has reached 164,141, according to the latest figures collated by Worldometers.
