NOC hikes petrol, diesel prices

LPG increased by Rs 25 per cylinder

KATHMANDU: The Nepal Oil Corporation (NOC) has increased the price of petroleum products.

The prices of petrol, kerosene and diesel have been increased by Rs two each per liter with effect from Wednesday midnight, said NOC Spokesperson Binit Mani Upadhyaya.

According to the new price, the retail price of petrol has reached Rs 110 while the price of diesel and kerosene has been fixed at Rs 93 per liter.

Likewise, the price of LPG has been increased by Rs 25 per cylinder.

NOC claims that the price has been adjusted according to the automatic price implementation procedure due to the increase in fuel price as per the new price list received from Indian Oil Corporation on January 16.
