Valley records 4 degree; fair weather forecast today



KATHMANDU:  The temperature in the Kathmandu Valley has been recorded at 4 degree Celsius on Tuesday morning.

According to Sajina Shakya, a meteorologist, the temperature was recorded at 5:45 am.

Meteorological Forecasting Division (MFD) has predicted fair weather today and the temperature will rise up to 20 to 22 degree Celsius.

Similarly, the weather will remain partly cloudy in hilly areas of Sudurpaschim, Karnali Pradesh and generally fair in the rest of the country.

Likewise, the weather will remain partly cloudy in Sudurpaschim, Karnali Pradesh, Lumbini Pradesh and Gandaki Pradesh and fair weather in the rest of the country tonight.

Light snowfall is expected in western high hilly and mountainous region, according to MFD.
