America’s COVID-19 cases cross 27.2 million



WASHINGTON: The number of COVID-19 cases has reached 27,268,078 in the United States of America after 117,041 new cases were reported in the country.

Currently, 9,762,502 are undergoing treatment at various hospitals and isolation wards across the country while 17,038,715 have recovered from the pandemic.

Similarly, the death toll linked with the coronavirus has reached 466,861 with 3,396 new deaths so far in the country, according to the latest figures collated by Worldometer.

Broke out in Wuhan City of China in December 2019, the coronavirus has killed 2,292,504 and infected 105,391,978 globally until the filing of this news.
