America’s COVID-19 cases cross 27.1 million



WASHINGTON: The number of COVID-19 cases has reached 27,142,847 in the United States of America after 106,604 new cases were reported in the country.

Currently, 9,775,823 are undergoing treatment at various hospitals and isolation wards across the country while 16,905,416 have recovered from the pandemic.

Similarly, the death toll linked with the coronavirus has reached 461,608 with 3,677 new deaths so far in the country, according to the latest figures collated by Worldometer.

Broke out in Wuhan City of China in December 2019, the coronavirus has killed 2,276,331 and infected 104,878,484 globally until the filing of this news.
