Three cadres of Biplav outfit arrested in Tikapur



KAILALI: Kailali police has arrested three cadres of outlawed Nepal Communist Party led by Netra Bikram Chand alias Biplav from Tikapur, Kailali on Saturday.

According to DSP Madhusudan Neupane of Area Police Office Tikapur, three cadres of Biplav outfit calling for Nepal Bandh have been nabbed from Tikapur.

NCP Biplav outfit has called for Nepal Bandh on Saturday demanding the release of its leaders arrested by the government.

DSP Neupane informed that the three arrested include Purna Khadka, the Area Incharge of Tikapur Municipality, Purna Khadka, Area Secretary and cadres Jagat Bishwokarma and Dumbar Bista.
