District Court grants permission to remand Dharmendra Bastola in custody for one week



KATHMANDU: The District Court, Lalitpur, has granted permission to keep Dharmendra Bastola, the Western Command in-charge and member of the Secretariat of the outlawed Biplav-led Nepal Communist Party, in police custody for six days for investigation.

Similarly, Chief of the Metropolitan Police Circle, Lalitpur, SSP Kiran Bajracharya said that the one-week term has also been extended against Vivek Kumal and Rojan Rakhal who were arrested along with Bastola.
