Man arrested with drugs from Naagdhunga



KATHMANDU: A man has been arrested with drugs from Naagdhunga in Kathmandu. The arrested is Umesh Gahatraj, 23, of Sindhupalchowk.

He was arrested on Thursday while checking a bus, Na 7 Kha 2790, arriving in Kathmandu from Sarlahi at Chandragiri Municipality-2 Naagdhunga.

According to DSP Pramesh Bista, 64 ampoules of diazepam, 67 ampoules of phenergan, 64 ampoules of nurofen and 40 tablets of Nitrazepam were recovered from him.

Police said that the arrested is being investigated under the Narcotics Control Act 2033 BS.
