KATHMANDU: The weather is partly cloudy in the hilly region and foggy in the western tarai of the country due to the impact of the westerly wind today.
The weather is fair in the rest of the country, according to Meteorological Forecasting Division (MFD).
The temperature of the Kathmandu Valley has been recorded at 1.2 degree Celsisus and it is expected to rise to 16 to 18 degree Celsius during the day.
The weather will remain partly cloudy in Province 1, partly to generally cloudy in Lumbini, Sudurpaschim and Karnali provinces and fair in the rest of the county, according to the Division.
