NOC hikes petrol, diesel prices



KATHMANDU: The Nepal Oil Corporation (NOC) has increased the price of petroleum products.

The price of petrol has been increased by Rs one and diesel and kerosene by Rs two per  liter with effect from Saturday midnight, said NOC Spokesperson Binit Mani Upadhyaya.

According to the new price, the retail price of petrol has reached Rs 108 while the price of diesel and kerosene has been fixed at Rs 91 per liter.

NOC claims that the price has been adjusted according to the automatic price implementation procedure due to the increase in fuel price as per the new price list received from Indian Oil Coporation on December 1.
