Two octogenarians die of COVID-19 in Chitwan

CHITWAN: Two octogenarians who were undergoing treatment at Chitwan Medical College died of COVID-19 infection today.

The deceased are from Chitwan and Rupandehi districts. An eighty-eight-year-old man of Chitwan was admitted to the hospital on October 27.

He was a chronic patient of high blood pressure and diabetes. He died this morning in the course of treatment in ICU at the hospital.

Likewise, another deceased was 84-year-old man of Rupandehi who was admitted at the hospital on October 26. He died last night in course of treatment as he was complaining respiratory problem.
