Four held with red panda’s hide



SURKHET: Police have arrested four people with an endangered animal red panda’s hide in Surkhet district.

The arrested are 26-year-old Manoj BK of Naumule rural municipality-2, Man Bahadur Sunar, 41, Padam Bahadur Sunar of Naumule rural municipality-3 and Sabita Thapa, 40, of Narayan municipality-9, said Police Inspector Gopal Rayamajhi of District Police Office, Surkhet.

They were arrested with the hide from Panchakoshi Hotel based at Godam Line in Birendranagar-6 on Wednesday.

Police said they are investigating the case after taking them under control.
