KATHMANDU Qatar’s Ambassador to Nepal Yousuf Bin Mohamed Ahmed Al-Hail paid a courtesy call on Chief of Army Staff Purna Chandra Thapa at Nepal Army (NA) Headquarters on Monday.
During the meeting, the Ambassador and the Chief of Army Staff discussed issues of mutual interest, according to a press release issued by the NA Directorate of Public Relations and Information.
“The Nepal Army is confident that such meetings with high-ranking officials will further help in strengthening and deepening the cordial relations between the two countries,” the statement said.
