Community hospital sealed after 62-yr-old dies in Bhaktapur



BHAKTAPUR: A COVID-19-infected woman has died in the course of treatment at Nagarik Community Hospital in Bhaktapur district.

A 62-year-old woman, a local, who had been admitted to Nagarik Community Hospital based in Madhyapur Thimi municipality-3, Gaththaghar few days ago died in the course of treatment, said Chief District Officer (CDO) Humkala Pandey of Bhaktapur.

She had been suffering from high blood pressure. CDO Pandey further said that a team from Bir Dal Battalion of Nepal Army is making preparations to dispose the body.

Meanwhile, the community hospital has been sealed following the death of the patient.
