MORANG: Province 1 has witnessed 109 coronavirus cases in the last 24 hours.
According to the Ministry of Social Development of Province 1, 29 females and 80 males of the province have come out with COVID-19 positive reports on Tuesday.
The Ministry report shows that Morang and Sunsari both saw 48 cases each whereas Jhapa saw 8 additional cases.
Similarly, 1 case from Khotang and 4 more cases from outside Province 1 also were found coronavirus positive in the tests carried out in Province 1.
With Tuesday’s cases, the Province has seen 2,832 cases of coronavirus by now.
In the meantime, with 49 new discharge cases of on Tuesday, the number of people discharged after recovery has reached 1,332.
