Nepali migrant worker commits suicide in Kuwait



DOHA: A Nepali migrant worker has committed suicide in Kuwait.

The deceased has been identified as Gokul Prasad Tamang of Panchthar district. Tamang, 35, committed suicide by hanging himself in his own room.

He had been working in Seven Burgers Company based in Mangaf region. The reason behind committing suicide is yet to be investigated, said Nepali Embassy in Kuwait.

The Embassy said it is coordinating with the concerned company to get details including how long he had been working for the company.

He is survived by his wife, two sons and a daughter.
