13 new cases found thru contact tracing in Dharan



SUNSARI: As many as 13 new coronavirus cases were found in Dharan Sub Metropolitan City . They were found infected through contact tracing on Monday.

According to Umesh Mehata, chief of Heath Division of Dharan Sub Metropolitan City, 13 among 40 people who underwent coronavirus screening have tested positive for the coronavirus.

The family members of six infected nurses tested positive for coronavirus. The nurses from BP Koirala Institute of Health Sciences had contracted virus from a COVID-19 patient while undergoing treatment at the hospital .

Mehata said, preparations are underway to keep the infected in isolation.
