Nepal Bank contributes Rs 34.6 million to COVID-19 Fund



KATHMANDU: The Nepal Bank Limited has donated Rs 34.6 million to the government fund to fight the coronavirus as a part of its intuitional social responsibility.

The bank stated that Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Bank Basudev Adhikari handed over the check bearing the amount to Finance Minister Dr. Yubaraj Khatiwada to be deposited in the government’s Coronavirus Infection Prevention, Control and Treatment Fund.

Speaking on the occasion, Finance Minister Khatiwada thanked the bank for its significant support in its efforts to prevent and control coronavirus infection.
