Badminton training begins



KATHMANDU: As many as 24 players taking part in the Badminton training that started at the covered hall in the capital on Tuesday.

The Nepal Badminton Association has resumed training to its players by getting permission from the National Sports Council (NSC).

The government had earlier has suspended all sporting events due to the coronavirus pandemic.

NSC Member Secretary Ramesh Kumar Silwal said that they have asked the concerned associations to strictly abide by the directives and safety protocols of World Health Organization (WHO).

Meanwhile, the NSC has also instructed to conduct PCR tests of the players if necessary.
