Rupandehi murder update:  Five struck to death with spade

RUPANDEHI: Five people were gruesomely murdered by striking them with a spade at Kanchhi Bazaar in Tilottama municipality-10 of Rupandehi district on Monday night.

Among those murdered are four men and one woman.

A poultry farm worker killed other five staffers of Gangadevi Poultry Farm with a spade in Tilottama municipality-10, SP Hem Kumar Thapa of District Police Office, Rupandehi told Khabarhub.

The victims have been identified as Madhav Musahar, Janaki Musahar,  Koshraj Musahar, Karan Chaudhary and Ashish Chaudhary, said Thapa.

Meanwhile, police have arrested 32-year-old Jhapendra Singh Sinjali of Surkhet in connection with this incident.

Police said they are investigating the case.
