NC General Secretary Paudel begins public consultation for policy drafting in Kathmandu-5



KATHMANDU: Nepali Congress (NC) General Secretary and Kathmandu-5 House of Representatives candidate Pradeep Paudel has launched a public consultation to gather suggestions for policy formulation.

Paudel announced the initiative through social media, inviting citizens to provide input for the next five years of policy planning in Kathmandu-5.

“I expect valuable suggestions for policy-making in Kathmandu-5 over the next five years,” Paudel said.

He emphasized that all citizens can participate and that suggestions are being collected through both online and offline channels.

“I was elected to the House of Representatives based on the trust placed in me for policy-making in this area and the nation,” Paudel added. “Now, I am collecting ideas to move forward according to citizens’ priorities in the upcoming term.”

Paudel’s office stated that he is also meeting experts from various sectors to gather informed suggestions. The feedback collected, along with past work assessments, will be used to finalize and publicly share upcoming plans.

In addition, Paudel is consulting subject-matter experts to contribute to the party’s election manifesto, reflecting the priorities and aspirations of citizens.
