Government reduces customs duty on 273 imported items



KATHMANDU: The government has reduced customs duties on 273 imported items.

Finance Minister Swarnim Wagle announced the decision while presenting the budget for fiscal year 2026/27 in the Federal Parliament.

Presenting the annual budget, Wagle said the move is aimed at easing import costs and improving trade efficiency through tariff rationalization.
