KATHMANDU: Basana Thapa and Niskal Rai have been appointed Chief Whip and Whip of the Nepali Congress Parliamentary Party, respectively.
Parliamentary Party Leader Bhishma Raj Angdembe made the appointments on Wednesday.
According to the Parliamentary Party Office, the appointments were made in accordance with Article 13(2) of the Nepali Congress Parliamentary Party Statute (as amended, 2083).
