KATHMANDU: Six bills were tabled during today’s meeting of the House of Representatives.
At the meeting, Minister for Women, Children, Gender and Sexual Minorities, and Social Security Sita Badi presented the Bill to Amend Certain Nepal Acts Related to Women, Children, Gender and Sexual Minorities, and Social Security, 2083.
Similarly, Minister for Health and Food Hygiene Nisha Mehta presented the Bill to Amend the Breast Milk Substitute (Sale and Distribution Control) Act, 2083 (First Amendment).
Minister Mehta also presented the Bill to Amend the Safe Motherhood and Reproductive Health Rights Act, 2083 (First Amendment), the Bill to Amend the Act Relating to the Security of Health Workers and Health Institutions, 2083 (Second Amendment), and the Ramraja Prasad Singh Academy of Health Sciences Bill, 2083.
On behalf of Prime Minister Balendra Shah, Minister for Law, Justice and Parliamentary Affairs Sobita Gautam presented the Bill to Revive Provisions of Certain Nepal Acts, 2083.
