KATHMANDU: The water level in the Bhotekoshi River in Rasuwa has risen again, prompting authorities to issue a warning to people living along the riverbanks and those involved in rescue and relief operations.
The National Disaster Risk Reduction and Management Authority (NDRRMA) said the water level, along with the level of Ledo, has increased and warned of the possibility of another flood in the Bhotekoshi River.
Issuing a notice today, the Authority urged people involved in rescue and relief operations in the Bhotekoshi and Trishuli areas to remain vigilant and take necessary precautions.
NEA spokesperson Shanti Mahat has also urged people living in vulnerable areas to stay alert and move immediately
