RSP Chair Rabi Lamichhane calls all-party meeting over Sunsari incident



KATHMANDU: Rastriya Swatantra Party (RSP) Chair Rabi Lamichhane has called an all-party meeting to discuss the recent incident in Sunsari.

According to RSP General Secretary Bipin Kumar Acharya, Lamichhane has scheduled the meeting for Wednesday at 8 am.

The meeting will be held at the Hall of the Parliamentary Accounts Committee in Singha Durbar. Acharya said representatives from all parties represented in the Parliament have been invited, along with parties led by Upendra Yadav, Mahanta Thakur, and CK Raut.

Letters have already been sent to all political parties regarding the discussion. Acharya added that Chair Lamichhane himself has also contacted top leaders through phone calls to invite them to the meeting.

The meeting is expected to focus on the recent clashes in Dewanganj of Sunsari and ways to address the situation while maintaining social harmony and peace.
