Firm fined after irregularities found during inspection



KATHMANDU: The Department of Commerce, Supplies and Consumer Protection has fined a firm Rs 51,000 after complaints were confirmed during a market inspection.

Store On The Door Pvt. Ltd., located in Sitapaila, Nagarjuna Municipality–4, was penalized after inspectors found irregularities at the firm.

The Department inspected 12 firms across Kathmandu, Bhaktapur, Kirtipur, Nagarjun, Madhyapur Thimi, and other areas. During the inspections, corrective instructions were issued to 11 firms.
