LAMJUNG: The Besisahar-Chame road has been completely blocked following a landslide in Besisahar Municipality-6, Kharkhare Bhir, this morning.
Gyanendra Bahadur Chhetri, information officer at the District Police Office, said around 200 meters of the road has been washed away just north of the landslide site.
Ongoing rainfall has made it difficult to clear the landslide and carry out repair and maintenance work in the flood-affected areas.
