Rasuwa flood: Death toll reaches 220



KATHMANDU: The death toll from the Bhotekoshi flood in Rasuwa has risen to 220, according to Nepal Police.

Police said 108 bodies have been recovered in Chitwan, 32 in Nawalparasi East, six in Nawalparasi West and 27 in Dhading.

Similarly, 20 bodies have been recovered in Gorkha, 12 in Nuwakot, 13 in Tanahun and two in Rasuwa. According to police, 361 injured people have so far been rescued from the flood-affected areas.
