KATHMANDU: As many as fourteen employees of the Rasuwa Customs Office in Timure have gone out of contact following flooding in the Bhotekoshi River on Wednesday morning.
According to the secretariat of Finance Minister Dr. Swarnim Wagle, 11 permanent employees and three contract employees working at the customs office are currently unaccounted for.
Meanwhile, contact has been established with 25 employees, including Rasuwa Customs Office Chief Customs Administrator Rajendra Dhungana.
Of the four contract and salaried employees working at the customs office, one has been contacted, according to the ministry.
