Youth held for assaulting woman police officer in Kathmandu

KATHMANDU: Police have taken a 27-year-old man into custody on charges of assaulting a woman police officer deployed for traffic management in Baneshwar, Kathmandu.

The detained man has been identified as Raj Kathayat, originally from Tatopani Rural Municipality-2 of Jumla and currently residing in Baneshwar-10, Kathmandu.
