Bagmati Provincial Assembly summer session to begin today



HETAUDA: The summer session of the Bagmati Provincial Assembly is set to begin today.

The agenda of the meeting scheduled for 1:00 pm includes addresses from the Chief Minister as well as parliamentary party leaders of all parties represented in the province, according to Ram Kumar Poudel, Secretary of the Provincial Assembly Secretariat.

On the recommendation of the Bagmati Provincial Government, Province Chief Deepak Prasad Devkota has called the annual session in accordance with Sub-section (1) of Article 183 of the Constitution.

The session will focus on the province’s policies, programmes, and budget for the upcoming fiscal year 2083–84 BS.
