31 injured in bus accident on Prithvi Highway



TANAHUN: Thirty-one people were injured in a bus accident that occurred this afternoon at Shera in Shuklagandaki Municipality-7, Tanahun, along the Prithvi Highway.

According to Deputy Superintendent of Police Shrawan Kumar BK of the District Police Office, Tanahun, the passenger bus (Ga 2 Kha 1836), en route from Pokhara to Bhairahawa, overturned on the roadside, causing the accident.

Assistant Chief District Officer Deepak Regmi said all injured passengers have been taken to the GP Koirala Respiratory Treatment Center in Belchautara for treatment.
