Acting Chair of Squatters’ Front Pariyar arrested



KATHMANDU: Police have arrested Narayan Pariyar, acting Chairperson of the Squatters’ Front, in connection with a banking offence case.

According to District Police Range Kathmandu spokesperson Pawan Kumar Bhattarai, Pariyar was apprehended in Kathmandu on Friday.

“He had been absconding in a banking offence case. Our team has now arrested him and initiated further investigation,” Bhattarai said.
