During an interaction programme with the family members of the Gen-Z martyrs in Lalitpur on Saturday, the former minister said that the NEA Board approved the proposal of the NEA to provide jobs to the martyr’s family members and 27 people were offered jobs as of now.

The programme was organized by different organizations of Nepalis diaspora in the USA and other countries.
“27 applicants can work now and others too could get jobs there gradually,” he shared.

Similarly, he promised to coordinate and cooperative with the stakeholders to ensure jobs to other applicants adding that the demands of the Gen-Z Martyrs could be met by replacing those unwilling to accept the people’s aspirations.

Likewise, he pledged to work for the cause of the Gen-Z Martyrs instead of making big talks to this issue.

On the occasion, Narayan Shrestha, father of Gen-Z Martyr Dhiraj Shrestha, said that welfare jobs should be prioritized by uniting the families of the martyrs.
