Garima Chaudhary’s parents arrive at Home Ministry for talks



KATHMANDU: The parents of three-year-old Garima Chaudhary, who was raped and murdered in Simara, Bara, have arrived in Kathmandu for talks with the government.

Garima’s father Manoj and mother Manamati Chaudhary have reached the Ministry of Home Affairs for talks. Agriculture Minister Gita Chaudhary has also accompanied them to the ministry.

Home Minister Sudan Gurung is also scheduled to attend the talks.

Garima, a resident of Jitpur Simara Sub-Metropolitan City-1, went missing from her home at around 8 am on August 16. Her body was found three days later. Police have said the three-year-old was raped and murdered.
