Gold price jumps by Rs 5,400 per tola, silver also rises



KATHMANDU: The price of gold increased by Rs 5,400 per tola on Wednesday, according to the Federation of Nepal Gold and Silver Dealers’ Association.

The federation has fixed the price of gold at Rs 291,000 per tola for Wednesday. The price stood at Rs 285,600 per tola on Tuesday and Rs 284,800 per tola last Wednesday.

Meanwhile, the price of silver also increased by Rs 110 per tola.

Silver, which was traded at Rs 4,370 per tola on Tuesday, has been fixed at Rs 4,480 per tola for Wednesday.
