President calls federal parliament session



KATHMANDU: President Ram Chandra Paudel has called a session of both houses of the federal parliament.

The Office of the President issued a statement on Wednesday announcing that the session has been summoned in accordance with Article 93 (1) of the Constitution of Nepal, on the recommendation of the Council of Ministers.

According to the notice, the session of both the House of Representatives of Nepal and the National Assembly of Nepal will begin on Thursday, April 30, at 1:00 pm at the federal parliament building in Singha Durbar.
