Balen Shah arrives in Chitwan to attend RSP General Convention



CHITWAN: Balendra (Balen) Shah has arrived in Chitwan to participate in the first national general convention of the Rastriya Swatantra Party (RSP).

Shah reached Chitwan on Sunday to take part in the party’s landmark convention, which will discuss organizational matters and initiate the process of selecting a new leadership.

Party leaders and cadres welcomed Shah upon his arrival at the Industrial Exhibition Ground in Narayangadh, where the convention is being held.

As this is the party’s first national general convention, Shah’s participation has drawn significant interest in political circles. Following the inaugural session, he is also expected to hold consultations on the party’s closed-door session and organizational report, according to party sources.
