KATHMANDU: Chairperson of the Ujyalo Nepal Party (UNP), Kulman Ghising, has filed his candidacy for the House of Representatives from Kathmandu Constituency No. 3.
Ghising formally registered his nomination on Tuesday by visiting the Election Officer’s office.
Party cadres were present during the nomination filing process.
