KATHMANDU: A meeting of the House of Representatives is being held at 11:00 am today.
The meeting is expected to continue discussions on the principles and priorities of the Appropriation Bill for the upcoming fiscal year, excluding tax proposals. Deliberations on the proposal began on Monday.
Finance Minister Dr. Swarnim Wagle had presented the bill’s principles and priorities last week. He is expected to respond in today’s session after the discussions conclude.
Meanwhile, a meeting of the National Assembly is also scheduled for 1:15 pm today.
