Gold price rises by Rs 1,200 per tola, silver also gains



KATHMANDU: The price of gold and silver has increased in the domestic market today, according to the Nepal Gold and Silver Dealers Federation.

Gold price increased by Rs 1,200 per tola, reaching Rs 301,000. The price had declined last Friday after several days of continuous gains. On that day, gold dropped by Rs 3,000 per tola to Rs 299,800, following a two-day surge of Rs 6,100.

Likewise, silver prices have also gone up, increasing by Rs 95 per tola to Rs 5,225. Previously, silver had fallen by Rs 120 per tola last Friday to Rs 5,130.
