KATHMANDU: Ishwar Pokharel, leader of the Communist Party of Nepal (UML) and candidate for Kathmandu Constituency No. 5, has stated that the UML has always been a force for building the country.
Speaking at a door-to-door program in Tokha on Wednesday, he said, “UML works to build the nation, it does not destroy it.”
Pokharel also pledged to listen to citizens’ complaints, criticisms, and problems and work toward solutions. He emphasized that winning the election nationwide is essential for putting the country back on the right track amid the unique circumstances of this electoral period.
