Kami Rita Sherpa summits Everest for record 32nd time



KATHMANDU: World record-holding climber Kami Rita Sherpa has summited Mount Everest for the 32nd time.

Sherpa reached the world’s highest peak on Saturday, breaking his own record for the most ascents of Mount Everest.

Following the successful climb, he is currently descending toward the Everest Base Camp. Preparations are also underway in Kathmandu to welcome Kami Rita Sherpa after his historic achievement.
