KATHMANDU: The Weather Forecasting Division has predicted partly cloudy conditions and chances of light rainfall in the Kathmandu Valley today, particularly during the afternoon and evening hours.
According to meteorologists, the Valley is expected to witness partly cloudy conditions today, with chances of light rain during the afternoon or evening.
Partly cloudy weather refers to conditions in which the sky remains covered by clouds at times while sunshine is also visible.
Meanwhile, the minimum temperature in the Kathmandu Valley was recorded at 18.5 degrees Celsius at 5:45 am today. Meteorologists said this is only a preliminary reading, as the official minimum temperature is measured at 8:45 am. By that time, the temperature may either decrease slightly or remain around the current level.
