UML Secretariat meeting postponed for two days



KATHMANDU: The Secretariat meeting of CPN-UML scheduled for today has been postponed by two days, the party has stated.

Chairman KP Sharma Oli had called the meeting for 1 pm at his residence in Gundu, Bhaktapur, on Saturday. However, UML Central Office Secretary Bhishma Adhikari said the meeting has now been rescheduled for Monday.

This will be the eighth meeting of the UML Secretariat. Party Secretary Bishal Bhattarai said the meeting will review the country’s contemporary political situation, organizational strengthening, division of responsibilities among central leaders, public expectations, government performance, and the party’s future direction, along with other issues of national importance.
