MAHENDRANAGAR: A pedestrian was killed after being struck by a bus in Mahendranagar today.
According to Police Inspector Birendra Thapa of the District Police Office, the male pedestrian, whose identity has not yet been established, sustained serious injuries in the accident and died while undergoing treatment at Mahakali Provincial Hospital.
Police have taken the bus and its driver into custody, and further investigation into the incident is underway.
