Childish behavior has no place in governance: Manish Jha

KATHMANDU: Rastriya Swatantra Party (RSP) Central Committee member Manish Jha has criticised the parking of vehicles to obstruct access to media houses and other locations, calling the act inappropriate and demanding an investigation into those involved.

In a Facebook post, Jha said those responsible should be investigated and held accountable.

“Blocking media houses and other places by parking vehicles is wrong. Whoever is involved should be investigated and face action. The state’s responsibility is to address citizens’ concerns, not create further fear,” he wrote.

Questioning the government’s approach, Jha said, “Can governance really function through such childish behavior? Is this the kind of low-level and improper practice for which Gen Z made sacrifices?”

He also expressed strong objection to what he described as an anarchic act, urging the authorities to uphold the rule of law.
